Finnet. Finnet is Finland's third largest telecom operator. It consists of Finnet AB, Finnet association and 37 independent telephonecompanies. The group´s turnover is one billion euros.
Project
BAS will together with Finnet's brand management identify a developed customer offer for Finnet's store chain, and create a conceptual solution for how this can be managed within the stores.
Scope
The development of Finnet's customer offer defined as the physical meeting between customer and brand in the store environment: Range, categorization, pricing, exposure, support, offers etc.
Delivery
An entire store concept, including a flexible in-store solution (display and communication systems) that will be easy to implement, and the educational tools for a simple consumer driven and retail oriented way of working. The launch is planned to start in autumn 2005.
