Länsförsäkringar Shop. Development of a new chain of shops for Länsförsäkringar’s consumer offerings.
Scope
To develop a new concept that explains the advantages of using a single company for all your bank and insurance businesses. The big challenge was to create an interest for this offer. Many people find these types of products boring and difficult to comprehend and feel that all companies offer the same products in the same generic way.
The concept, which was developed by Bas and partners Public Speaking & Starsky, solves this problem by starting with the demands of various customer groups and creating unique offerings that are communicated in an exciting ways. The basis of this customer friendly approach is a commercial calendar where bank- and insurance-services as well as physical products are bundled in an unique way. The Store differs from a regular branch office with its modern and inviting style concept (Classic banking all new), good locations and generous opening hours. Furthermore, the personnel use a new way of working in order to present complex products in an easy way.
A number of pilot stores will be established in Stockholm and Uppsala in 2007 and we will see a more extensive roll-out of the concept during the next years.
Delivery
A complete store concept: Storefront, store identity, store communication system, instore display, consumer desk, consumer ”DIY” station, meeting rooms. In store campaigns. Commercial calender. Retail-/Visual Merchandising education. Since April 2007, eight Länsförsäkringar Shop has opened.
