 Riksbyggen makes tomorrows living today.Riksbyggen, a building and property management company, will develop a new marketing concept for private housing using the end consumer as the guiding beacon. Traditionally, the real estate sector has been quite engineer-focused when developing new products. This time Riksbyggen will use BAS' 4D process in order to start creating a more consumer oriented way of packaging and developing a new housing area in Väsjön, north of Stockholm.
